Access4 has announced its acquisition of UK-based Luminate Wholesale as a key component of its strategy for international expansion.
Luminate is known in the United Kingdom as a provider of white-label hosted voice solutions, enabling resellers to manage their brand, pricing, and customer service independently. The acquisition allows Access4 to extend its SaaS Communications Platform, SASBOSS, to UK markets, providing channel partners with enhanced automation and the delivery of unified communications (UC), contact centre (CX), and user experience (UX) services.
