Boomi promotes Jessica Soisson to Chief Financial Officer

Boomi has announced the appointment of Jessica Soisson as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Soisson steps into this role from her previous position as Chief Accounting Officer at Boomi, and she will now oversee the company's financial operations, including financial planning, order and risk management, treasury, tax, and financial reporting.

Soisson will continue to report to Arlen Shenkman, who retains his role as President of Boomi. Shenkman remains responsible for finance, HR, IT, and legal, while also increasing his focus on operational excellence, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, board relations, and preparing Boomi for its next growth phase.

With over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, diligence, acquisitions and divestitures, and business process design, Soisson joins Boomi with a robust background in financial leadership. Before her tenure at Boomi, she held the position of Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller at Citrix Systems, and served in a managerial role at Arthur Andersen.
