D-Link wins Officeworks Partner of the Year Award - Growth

11 Oct 2019

Officeworks has named D-Link A/NZ as the recipient of its annual Partner of the Year Award – Growth.

The award recognises Officeworks partner achievements in areas such as cost management, fill rate, contribution to the company’s positive difference plan, and innovation.

According to Officeworks judges, D-Link has supported the development, testing, and final execution of the company’s Networking Product Selector and Buying Guide, which makes it easier for customers to learn about and shop.

Additionally, D-Link has provided input into Officeworks Stores Product Learning Pathway Module, which approaches training content for retail team members from a technical and customer-facing point of view.

“D-Link is a worthy winner of this top award because over the last 12 months they have played a leading role in curating the extra-large range for our biggest store in Mentone, as well as aligning it with the Small Business Networking Hub,” adds Officeworks merchandise general manager Toby Watson.

“D-Link ANZ have made a significant contribution to our efforts in increasing the quality of educational content online. They also actively looked to align their measurement of fill rates with us and invested in forward weeks’ of supply to deliver a fill rate over 98% for the year.

“They have even participated in our next Range Review Video talking about the networking category evolution, and how we can help customers in store - a first for Officeworks.”

D-Link A/NZ managing director Graeme Reardon says the company is delighted and ‘extremely proud’ to receive the Officeworks Partner of the Year Award – Growth award.

“It’s been a great year for D-Link and Officeworks and we look forward to many more successful years in partnership together.”

D-Link A/NZ also recently won Partner of the Year Awards with both Harvey Norman Australia and Harvey Norman New Zealand.

The company most recently launched a unified wireless access point designed for all businesses, from small firms to the enterprise.
