Eugene Donovan rejoins Gallagher Security as Training Solutions Engineer
Gallagher Security has appointed Eugene Donovan as Training Solutions Engineer, marking his return to the company following a three-year tenure with a Gallagher Channel Partner. He will be based at the company's headquarters in Hamilton, New Zealand.
Industry experience
Donovan began his career in the security sector in 2003 and has held various roles focused on training and education. His background includes developing learning programmes aimed at improving practical skills and industry knowledge for professionals across the security field.
Donovan said his return was motivated by the company's environment.

Training focus
In his new position, Donovan will be responsible for developing and delivering training that connects theoretical knowledge with practical application. He noted his ambition to enhance learning by drawing on his combined field and training experience.
"With my mix of hands-on experience from the field and years of training, I want to help people understand what to do, as well as why it matters. It's about building confidence, capability, and purpose in every learner," said Donovan.
