Fivetran strengthens Microsoft alliance with new data lake integrations
Fivetran, a global powerhouse in automated data movement, is further strengthening its alliance with Microsoft via new integrations with Microsoft Fabric and the addition of new data lake destinations. Fivetran today confirmed its support for Microsoft OneLake as a new data lake destination and affirmed its position as a Microsoft Fabric Interoperability Partner. Combined with the simultaneous announcement of its support for Delta Lake on Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) Gen2, Fivetran customers can now securely consolidate their data workloads using any of Fivetran's over 400 pre-built, fully-managed data pipelines.
The integration with Microsoft aims to facilitate rapid development of AI and generative AI-based projects by bolstering Fivetran's ability to automate data extraction, cleaning, conforming and converting data to Delta Lake format.
