Infosys & LKQ partner on digital HR platform roll-out

Infosys has announced a collaboration with LKQ Europe to implement a unified digital HR platform, facilitating operations and employee experience across 18 countries.

The partnership involves a five-year transformation initiative where Infosys has supported LKQ Europe in deploying a Human Capital Management (HCM) solution using Infosys Cobalt, its cloud and digital platform suite. The system is designed to simplify core HR tasks, enhance regulatory compliance, and provide real-time insights to drive productivity and streamline operations.

By utilising this advanced analytics-enabled platform, LKQ Europe seeks to harmonise its business processes across different regions, creating a more integrated workforce and unlocking potential efficiencies. Key features of the platform include end-to-end HR visibility, cloud-based operations with automated workflows, and a user-friendly employee experience.
