NextMinute reveals Intuit QuickBooks Online integration
Tue, 8th Nov 2022
FYI, this story is more than a year old

NextMinute has announced that it now provides full integration with Intuit QuickBooks Online.

The company says this positions it as the best integrated construction management software in the market with cloud accounting packages.

QuickBooks Online complements the company's existing integrations with MYOB and Xero, making business life easier for construction and tradespeople by providing them with all the digital tools they require to manage pricing, people, planning and profits.

"We are taking the learnings and blueprint from both MYOB and Xero and are cementing our position as globally the best integrated construction management software with accounting packages," says Dave Falconer, Founder and CEO, NextMinute.

"At the same time, we are now able to expand our offering to reach a greater segment of construction and tradespeople while providing more options and flexibility to connect our product to accounting packages. Broadening our integration capabilities will provide customers with greater flexibility in the way they can manage their people, planning, pricing and profits."

In addition to helping accountants and bookkeepers to streamline data flows and remove time-consuming manual processes, the new QuickBooks Online integration will also assist NextMinute in engaging with new channel partners who specialise in the QuickBooks Online accounting software. The company says this will further support its strategy of engaging with clients who need to improve business operations and profitability.

At the same time, the integration allows NextMinute's existing partners to broaden their offerings by now being able to provide QuickBooks services on top of existing services, thereby helping to grow and scale their businesses.

The company also says that its NextMinutes partner programme ensures that accountants and bookkeepers can get access to their own free training, set up and product demonstration subscription.

"We're now providing both accountants and construction businesses with greater choice," says Falconer.

"Whether users want to use Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks Online, NextMinute can seamlessly connect to provide their customers with the best product on the market to run residential construction and trades businesses. We're looking forward to the positive impact that this new integration will have on our customers, bookkeepers and accountants and our channel ecosystem in the years ahead."

NextMinutes says its overall goal is to help builders and tradespeople succeed through software that automates their businesses so they can focus on immediate business aspects such as pricing, planning, people and profits. They provide a variety of solutions, including job management software, invoicing, quoting, scheduling, timesheets and integrations.
