OneKloudX promotes Sandy Kistas to services director

OneKloudX has promoted Sandy Kistas to Professional Services Director, expanding her leadership role across the company's Australia and New Zealand practice.

Kistas steps up from her position as NetSuite Principal and will continue to hold that role alongside her new responsibilities. She will work with the leadership team and oversee the overall performance of the professional services practice.

Her first-year priorities include establishing core processes to support further growth and using AI analytics to improve delivery efficiency.

The promotion comes as OneKloudX looks to strengthen its delivery organisation in a market where ERP consulting firms are under pressure to manage increasingly complex client projects while maintaining margins and service quality.

Kistas brings nearly two decades of experience across delivery, integration and finance leadership. Before joining OneKloudX, she held senior roles at Fronde and Infinet Cloud.

That background is unusual in ERP consulting because it combines finance management with technical delivery leadership, a mix that shapes how she oversees complex ERP engagements.

Since joining OneKloudX in 2024, Kistas has worked across client projects in the NetSuite practice, applying a consistent approach to customer engagements while helping maintain technical leadership in the unit.

Broader remit

In her expanded role, Kistas will oversee a broader operational brief than a typical solution lead. The position covers practice performance as well as the systems and methods used to deliver projects.

OneKloudX operates as an ERP consultancy in Australasia, with work centred on NetSuite, Epicor and MYOB Acumatica. The group provides implementation, optimisation and managed support services for enterprise software customers.

The appointment reflects a broader shift in the consulting sector, where firms are increasingly relying on senior delivery leaders to formalise internal processes as they scale. AI tools and analytics are also being introduced into project delivery and support functions, though many businesses are still determining where those systems can improve efficiency without adding risk.

The move also preserves continuity in the NetSuite practice because Kistas remains in her existing principal role. That allows OneKloudX to expand her delivery oversight while retaining direct technical leadership in one of its core service lines.

For ERP consultancies, professional services leadership appointments often have an immediate effect on project governance, staffing models and delivery standards. Those issues have become more important as software buyers demand faster implementations, closer integration with finance and operations functions, and more predictable post-deployment support.

In that context, OneKloudX's decision to elevate an executive with both finance and delivery experience suggests it wants its professional services structure to keep pace with the practice's expansion. Her focus on foundational processes also indicates that internal operating discipline will be central to that effort.
