Smartsheet has appointed Helen Masters as Managing Director of APJ, aimed at accelerating growth in the Asia Pacific region.

Helen Masters brings over twenty-five years of experience in enterprise software solutions to her new role at Smartsheet. She will be responsible for the strategic expansion within the Asia Pacific, collaborating closely with customers and partners to help manage essential work operations and drive success.

Prior to Smartsheet, she was the Executive Vice President and GM of International Sales at Ivanti, where she managed global teams and partners and effected meaningful changes for the company and its stakeholders. Her career also includes roles at Infor, Cisco Systems, and SAP, where she was involved in enhancing sales performance and implementing partner programs.

Max Long, President, Go-To-Market at Smartsheet, expressed confidence in Masters' capabilities, stating, "Building a strong leadership team of proven experts is the foundation for continuous growth in an organisation. Helen has an established track record of driving transformation and scale. In addition, she has the business acumen and experience to build a culture of collaboration, alignment, and accountability. I look forward to watching her progress our key initiatives in the region and further enhance the value we provide to the world's largest organisations."

Its unique solutions offer enormous value for organisations looking to enhance workforce collaboration and adopt innovative tools such as AI to improve work management flexibility and efficiency in a shifting workplace landscape. I look forward to partnering with the entire Smartsheet team to drive the next phase of Smartsheet's growth in the region."

The announcement of Masters' appointment follows Smartsheet's second sold-out ENGAGE Customer Conference in Seattle, which highlighted a revamped user experience and the platform's advanced features.
