AroFlo has launched the AroFlo Partner Network, a programme for consultants, technology integrators and accountancy firms that work with trade businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

The network sits within Simpro Group, which owns AroFlo and other software brands for field service and trade operators. Simpro Group says its products are used by more than 24,000 businesses and 450,000 users worldwide.

The programme creates a formal channel for advisers and service providers that support trade companies using job management software. Members will receive training, referral fees, marketing support, integration assistance and a listing in a partner directory.

Referral fees start at 10% for net-new customers. AroFlo also plans to offer official endorsements through AroFlo Academy training, sandbox access for integration work and support from a dedicated Partner Manager.

The launch expands AroFlo's route to market by bringing in third-party firms that help trade businesses choose, implement and use software. These include consultants focused on operational systems, technology firms that connect business tools, and accountancy practices advising owners on financial processes.

Fred Voccola, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Simpro Group, said the move is part of a broader push to build external relationships around field service software.

"The future of field service technology depends on strong partnerships and collaboration," said Fred Voccola, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Simpro Group. "The AroFlo Partner Network is our direct investment in that future. We are giving participants the resources to succeed, including competitive referral fees, dedicated Partner Manager support and high visibility through our Partner Directory, ensuring that as AroFlo scales, our partners scale with us."

Partner model

AroFlo sells job management software to trade businesses across Australia and New Zealand. Its system covers scheduling, materials, assets, compliance, invoicing and reporting, and is used by firms seeking to manage office and field operations through a single platform.

The model reflects how many software suppliers in the trade and field service markets drive adoption. Businesses in these sectors often rely on outside advisers to set up workflows, link software with accounting systems and train staff after purchase.

Rachel Thorne, Director, Tradie Business Support, explained why her firm works with the platform.

"We chose to partner with AroFlo because it provides trade businesses with a powerful, all-in-one platform to manage everything from jobs and scheduling to invoicing and accountability," said Rachel Thorne, Director, Tradie Business Support. "The biggest impact we see is business owners gaining control, reducing admin and improving visibility over profitability and performance. Our hands-on approach helps teams get AroFlo working around their real-world operations so they can save time and scale with confidence."

AroFlo said the network is designed for businesses that help customers move from planning to operational use without disruption. By formalising that ecosystem, it aims to make implementation and support more consistent while giving partners a clearer commercial incentive to recommend its software.

Customer view

AroFlo also pointed to customer experience as evidence of the platform's role in reducing administrative work for trade businesses.

"Before AroFlo, I was using four different, disconnected programs to track our team, costs and invoices, meaning I became the go-between for everything," said Joel Griffs, Managing Director, Heidibuild. "AroFlo now handles our scheduling, time tracking, cost tracking and quoting all in one place. It's worked so well that I've genuinely gained back at least 15 hours a week, and the business no longer relies on me for every single decision."

The new programme could also strengthen AroFlo's position in a market where software adoption often depends on local service partners with industry-specific knowledge. For smaller trade operators, implementation support and ongoing advice can matter as much as software features when choosing a supplier.

Tracey Lee, General Manager, Lifestyle Tradie, said the partner network could broaden access to that support.

"Having experienced AroFlo as both a customer and partner, we've seen the impact it can have on growing trade businesses. It helps owners improve efficiency, accountability and visibility while creating the systems needed to scale successfully," said Tracey Lee, General Manager, Lifestyle Tradie. "With the launch of the AroFlo Partner Network, AroFlo and its partners are better positioned than ever to deliver more value, more expertise and more choice to field service businesses across Australia and New Zealand, helping them run with more clarity, more control and more profit."
