iGoDirect Group has changed its name to iGo Group after more than 28 years in business.

The new name reflects the company's shift from direct marketing to a broader business spanning payments, loyalty, rewards, promotions and credentials. It is intended to align the brand with its current operations across Australia and New Zealand.

Over that time, the group has expanded from its original focus into services covering customer acquisition, promotions, loyalty programmes, rewards, fulfilment and credentialing. The rebrand will not affect existing client relationships, services or teams.

The move also creates a formal structure for the group's specialist brands under one parent identity. Those brands include Giftiee, True Rewards, YourSayPays and iDentiTech, which will retain their existing visual identities within the endorsed group structure.

Founder and Group Managing Director Pat Dalton said the new name reflects how the business has evolved.

"We've grown well beyond where we started. Today, we're helping businesses create meaningful engagement through payments, loyalty, rewards and credential solutions that drive measurable outcomes. The move to iGo Group reflects the business we've become and the future we're building," Dalton said.

The business is organised around three main pillars: proven experience, tailored delivery and end-to-end services. That approach combines strategy, technology, fulfilment and execution within one group.

Brand structure

The rebrand comes as businesses across marketing, payments and loyalty seek to simplify their offerings under clearer group identities. In iGo Group's case, clients increasingly require joined-up services rather than separate products delivered by different providers.

Dalton said that demand had shaped the company's approach.

"Our purpose is simple: we give businesses the power to build engagement that actually works. Every product, platform and service across the group is designed around that idea," he said.

The revised structure provides a single parent brand for a portfolio that has grown over time. It also creates a platform for closer collaboration across the business as it continues to serve organisations seeking customer engagement and employee reward solutions.

Client focus

Dalton said the company remained focused on practical delivery rather than adding complexity for customers.

"Clients don't need more complexity. They need partners who understand their business, build solutions around their objectives and follow through on delivery," he said.

"That's what we've done for more than 28 years and that's what we'll continue doing as iGo Group. We're on our clients' side, and we're investing in the capabilities, technology and expertise that help them grow," Dalton said.

The business remains focused on helping organisations attract customers, build loyalty, reward behaviour and strengthen relationships through its payments, rewards and credential services.

The transition to iGo Group leaves client-facing operations unchanged while bringing its specialist businesses together under a single parent brand across Australia and New Zealand.
