NAKIVO posts 13% revenue growth as EMEA leads quarter
Fri, 6th Nov 2026 (Today)
NAKIVO reported 13% year-on-year growth in worldwide revenue for the third quarter of 2026, with EMEA contributing the largest share.
The vendor also reported a 9% increase in its customer base, taking the total to more than 17,000 across 190 countries. Its enterprise customer base grew 25% from a year earlier, while the largest deal in the quarter was worth USD $238,140.
EMEA accounted for 58% of quarterly revenue, followed by the Americas at 29% and APJ at 13%. APJ recorded the fastest regional growth, with revenue up 18% year on year.
Several individual markets posted sharp quarter-on-quarter gains. Revenue doubled in countries including South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, New Zealand, Mexico and Romania, along with several others listed by the company.
Customer growth
New customers in the quarter included the Department of Information and Technology Education of Taiwan's Ministry of Education, Metropolitan University of Educational Sciences in Chile, and Hitech Solutions. The figures indicate continued demand from public sector and commercial organisations for backup and disaster recovery software.
NAKIVO also expanded its channel network during the quarter, adding 165 new partners to its partner programme. The number of managed service providers working with the company rose 23% year on year.
That growth is notable because data protection software vendors often rely on service providers and resellers to reach mid-sized and distributed customers. A broader partner base can also support expansion in local markets where direct sales coverage is limited.
Product updates
During the quarter, NAKIVO released version 11.2.2 of its Backup & Replication software, adding full support for VMware vSphere 9.1 and expanding operating system support for physical machines. A later release, version 11.2.3, added Microsoft Graph API support for Exchange Online.
The updates came alongside several industry awards cited by the company. NAKIVO said it was named Best Backup and Disaster Recovery Software Provider 2026 by the Corporate Excellence Awards, ranked No. 22 in TechRound's Top 50 Startups and Scale Ups in the USA 2026, and that Vice President of Product Management Sergei Serdyuk was recognised by Security Business magazine as a 2026 Security Innovator Award honoree.
Executive view
NAKIVO said the quarter extended a longer run of expansion. In background information, it said it has now recorded 24 consecutive quarters of double-digit growth and works with more than 3,200 partners worldwide.
"NAKIVO's results for the third quarter reflect the continued strength of our business across global markets, with growth in revenue, enterprise customers, and our managed service provider ecosystem," said Bruce Talley, Chief Executive Officer, NAKIVO.
"We are focused on delivering reliable, cost-effective data protection and disaster recovery solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and partners. Our continued product development and growing presence across international markets remain important parts of how we serve organisations of all sizes," Talley said.
