NICE launches AI-powered CXone Mpower SmartSpeak tool

NICE has announced the launch of CXone Mpower SmartSpeak, a new artificial intelligence-powered solution aimed at overcoming language barriers to facilitate global communication.

CXone Mpower SmartSpeak is designed to enhance experiences for both customers and employees by providing real-time language interpretation, allowing organisations to expand internationally without needing additional multilingual support.

This solution, powered by OneMeta, uses advanced consecutive interpretation technology to offer precise and clear translation in real time.

Customers can communicate in their preferred language, with instant translations provided for the agent's language, and vice versa, ensuring seamless and efficient communication.

The need for expensive third-party language support is eliminated, which streamlines operations and significantly enhances communication efficiency across international customer bases.
