Mike Purchase, Chief Enterprise Director at One New Zealand, emphasised the importance of in-depth customer understanding in fostering strong partnerships. "A first-rate partnership requires a deep understanding of how our customers operate to better serve their constantly evolving needs," Purchase explained. He expressed confidence in Graham's ability to bring an owner's mindset to the table, highlighting his extensive expertise in the telecommunications sector. "His end-to-end experience across the sales process and passion for building long-term relationships will be invaluable to both One New Zealand and our customers," Purchase stated.

Graham joins One New Zealand from his previous role as Director of Sales at Devoli. His career boasts a plethora of executive leadership roles across sales and service sectors, both private and public, including positions at Gen-i, Vodafone, Qrious, Network for Learning, and PWC. Graham holds the belief that One New Zealand offers the best network experience, particularly noting the competitive edge provided by SpaceX connectivity. Graham also expressed enthusiasm for the leadership aspects of his role. "I'm also excited about the leadership element – to support, coach, and mentor, and to create a culture of customer-focused sales excellence," he added.

One New Zealand offers an array of enterprise connectivity products. These include unified communication services, managed networks, contact centre solutions, and cyber security. The company also partners with DEFEND, Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, AWS, and other leading technology firms to provide world-class solutions to its customers.
